Preventative Maintenance ensures your heating and air conditioning is working properly before extreme weather hits. Our PM program consists of two visits per year, one in the spring, and one in the fall. Our experienced technicians change your filters and test all system operations to keep your unit running in perfect condition. Preventative Maintenance catches problems before they arrive to ensure you never have to go without heating or cooling.

About the Program
The G.A.R. Preventative Maintenance Program provides bi-annual inspections of your HVAC System. These inspections will occur once in the spring, and once in the fall. The purpose of these inspections is to allow the technician to evaluate your system and ensure everything is operating properly.

Annual Maintenance Program: $175.00 (Includes maintenance for 1 system, each additional system $76) Payment will be accepted upon completion of an initial maintenance visit.
